Event Details
Gus Rantz grew up in a family struggling to make ends meet and was born into government subsidized housing in Louisiana. Today, Gus runs healthcare facilities that employ thousands of people who care for critically ill patients in small-town hospitals all over the country. Gus’ story could have been a nightmare, but his parents taught him to believe, and achieve, the American Dream. Gus played college baseball as an undergrad, and then studied healthcare law at LSU Law School.
Gus is a problem-solver. His business started small, saving one struggling hospital that would preserve jobs and vital healthcare services for one Louisiana community.
